- I am a Christian woman who is the full-time (or should I say 'over-time') wife of Jon and mother of Blake, Jacob, and Jared. We also have two babies who are already in Heaven. We have two Golden Retrievers, Mick & Duke, and a kitty-cat, Katarina. I also have a few boys that I consider my "adopted" sons (Matt, Billy, Brad, & Justin). Our oldest son is currently battling Crohn's Disease & Ulcerative Colitis; but the Lord's hands continue to rest on Blake, and we wait patiently for the healing. I am busy chauffeuring the boys to jobs and school events as well as the hockey rinks, soccer fields, baseball diamonds, and fiddle performances (where we perform as Fiddlers Found). I am a huge fan of fiddle & bluegrass music as well as gospel & old hymns. Some of my favourite groups are Selah, The Isaacs, and The Martins. I am blessed with a loving family and wonderful friends, old and new. I am currently in the process of learning to be content in all circumstances, which is proving to be difficult by times, but by faith and the Lord's promises, I continue to "press on".
